Information on our new Mach3 enclosure. A nice box with all the holes punched and ready for you breakout boards and power supply.

Here are the pictures of the new enclosure that was announced at the CNC workshop in Galesburg. The enclosure is divide into two sections by a vertical wall. This gives you plenty of room to mount all kinds for feature boards. The picture on the left is the side for the Gecko drives and the power supply. The picture on the right is the side for  breakout boards. 

The enclosure can be purchased as a basic box with the builder doing the wiring. It can also be purchased as a complete enclosure including cables and stepper motors that have been tested and ready to run.

Jim Cullins has developed a new Sound Logic combo breakout board. This board was developed at the request of a large  retrofitter. Space was a major requirement.  The new combo board combined all the functions that were on the breakout board and the spindle speed board plus the relays from the relay board.      Plasma Torch Height Control

In addition to our breakout boards, we have added two boards along with a meter board that will allow Mach2 users to control the torch height on their plasma CNC machines. We have shipped over 50 sets to our first customers. The cost of the set including the front panel is $350. We are now offering two new options. One is a case to hold the THC300 Logic board. The price for the board set with the new box is $390. The second is a special board that only uses one parallel port (THC300SP).  If you are interested, please contact us.      Mach2 Spindle Speed Control Board

Recently we have released our new Mach2 Spindle Speed Control board. This is an add-on board that connects to our breakout board. We have already sold over 40 of the boards.  We have plenty of the  boards in stock. The price is $90 plus $8.50 for shipping. 

Mach2 is a high quality CNC control program. Information on Mach2 can be found at www.artofcnc.ca. We use Mach2 and recommend Mach2 to anyone building a CNC router or for other CNC projects like CNC Plasma cutters. Mach2 is one of the reasons that CNC control has become affordable.

           New updated break-out board for Mach2/3 Rev 1.9

Jim Cullins from Sound Logic has updated our  break-out board for Mach2/3.  The new board has added a 26 pin connector for direct connection to a Xylotex driver board. There are a number of other small changes.

Rhino 4.0 is now available. I have several upgrade packages for $295.00 including shipping in North America.  The retail price for Rhino 3D has increased by $100 to $995. Please check with me for a discount.
